A Note from Melissa...

I created this toolkit because I work with  girls every day that struggle with knowing HOW to having daily self care habits in place while also making them fun.

My goal is for girls to have visuals and a fun way to learn how make self care a daily habit.   I want your daughter (and you) to see that self care is keeping little promises to yourself every day through these positive habits.

This is so important to me because as a child I didn't have any idea how to do this on my own or with my mom and she didn't either.  I don't want girls to have to wait until they are women to take care of themselves to feel strong and unstoppable.

If my mom would have known how to teach me self care and take the time for herself too, she would have jumped at the chance.  Sure, you can google ideas, but that takes time and let's face it, how many girls are going to develop their own plan for self care.  Heck, most women don't know how to either. Well, leave that to me!  I've got your back.

Yes! I Want It!
